The Squadeasy challenge took place in 4 stages. Branding development, website redesign, mobile app (UX & UI) redesign and print & digital declinations for marketing purposes.
The main objective was to create a usable, modern, scalable application, ready to integrate new features quickly, available in white label and dedicated to a B2B2C target.
In an iterative way, we went through the following steps : UX audit, UX research (interviews, persona, benchmark), feature definition, user flow, low-fi prototype, user test, high-fi prototype, micro-interaction and Q&A.
During a whole year, we explored, tested and did hundreds of screens, and in the end, our products was rewarded by user reviews and a price on some design awards website.
